At Authentic Point, we have used the Strengths-based approach to design and create our SIGNATURE Engagement Series. This series aims to create a STRENGTH based culture in your organization - from individual levels to teams and management level.

How Engagement Series Work
We start at the employee level,
helping them unBOX their Strengths.
Then we design a program to help employees nurture their strengths, to address the obstacles their strengths may create for others ( yes it happens !) and how to make their strengths work for success. This includes an action Plan for setting goals for nurturing and applying your strengths in the coming week, month, and year.
Next, we move to TEAMS.
We use Strengths to diagnose how individual strengths translate into team strengths. We work on team-based plans to achieve the team goals, build a positive culture, and optimize performance and trust.
Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, participants metaphorically solve future business and personal challenges. this technique uses play as a tool to enhance group creativity and build communication between teams.
Next, we move to MANAGERS,
whose managerial competence is then developed by us using their strengths. Here, our approach turns to a COACHING methodology. The Coaching sessions with our experts help you apply your strengths to your unique work situation and solve the leadership challenges you face using your strengths
& Finally Leadership!
